The terms that govern a digital AGProLabs order
This agreement identifies the buyer and seller, the purchased digital access, the payment route, the delivery method and the rights that apply to an AGProLabs order.

Three records define the order
The purchased access scope, confirmed payment and exact TradingView username must match before digital delivery.

The person placing the order
The buyer supplies the checkout details and the exact TradingView username that should receive access.
Invite-only TradingView access
No physical shipment is made. Access is enabled manually after the order details and payment are verified.
Subject of the agreement
This agreement covers paid digital access to invite-only TradingView Pine Script workflows published by AGProLabs.
Product characteristics
Products are rules-based analytical tools for market analysis, liquidity context, risk review, chart structure review and workflow organization. They are not automated trading systems, financial advice or guaranteed-outcome services.
Price and payment
Prices are displayed in USD on the relevant product, pricing and checkout pages. Eligible products can use embedded Whop Card Checkout. A separate manual crypto route is available only where the site expressly presents it. Both routes are verified before manual TradingView activation.
Delivery and activation
Access is delivered to the exact TradingView username supplied for the order after payment confirmation. Incorrect usernames or incomplete order information can delay delivery.
Withdrawal and cancellation
Because the product is digital access that may be activated after payment confirmation, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited after access has been supplied, where permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Disputes and support
Send the order number, purchased product and TradingView username to orders@agprolabs.com or t.me/agprolabs so the correct record can be reviewed.
