The buyer is the person or entity placing an order through this website and submitting a TradingView username for access activation.
Subject of agreement
This agreement covers paid digital access to invite-only TradingView Pine Script workflows published by AGProLabs.
Product characteristics
Products are digital, rules-based analytical tools for market analysis, liquidity context, risk planning, execution review and trade management. They are not signals, automated trading systems, financial advice or guaranteed outcome services.
Price and payment
Prices are displayed on product, pricing and checkout pages in USD. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments will be enabled after iyzico merchant approval. ETH payments are manually verified.
Delivery and activation
No physical shipment is made. Access is delivered manually through TradingView invite-only access after payment confirmation and receipt of a valid TradingView username.
Right of withdrawal and cancellation
Because the product is digital access that can be activated shortly after purchase, cancellation and refund rights may be limited after access has been activated, where permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
