Technical support evidence
When you send a support report, we may receive screenshots, recordings, chart settings, device details, order references and correspondence. Send only information relevant to the issue and redact unrelated financial or personal information. Never send passwords, complete card details, seed phrases or private keys.
Relevant information may be used to diagnose the problem, verify access, resolve the request and respond to a legitimate payment dispute or legal obligation. Necessary records may be shared with the applicable payment provider or competent authority for those purposes. Retention follows the existing retention principles in this policy and applicable obligations; submitting a report does not authorize its public use as a testimonial. Email and Telegram also process communications under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
