Personal access terms for AGProLabs digital tools
This agreement defines the limited, personal right to use an AGProLabs TradingView Pine Script product after a valid purchase and access activation.

Access is personal, limited and non-transferable
Your purchase grants Lifetime Access to the selected product or explicitly included catalog scope. It does not transfer source code, ownership or redistribution rights.
Your confirmed TradingView username
Access is activated for the exact TradingView account submitted during checkout or support verification.
Personal analytical use
You may use the product to support your own chart review, research and educational analysis.
No sharing or redistribution
You may not share access, resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer or circumvent access controls.
1. Agreement
By purchasing, activating or using an AGProLabs product, you agree to this End-User License Agreement together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and the terms shown on the applicable product and checkout pages.
2. License grant
Subject to successful payment and continued compliance, AGProLabs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased digital product or explicitly included catalog scope through one confirmed TradingView account under the purchased Lifetime Access.
3. Ownership
AGProLabs and its licensors retain all intellectual-property and ownership rights in the product, its logic, presentation, documentation and related materials. No source-code, trademark or ownership rights are transferred.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not share credentials or access, distribute screenshots or materials for replication, resell or sublicense the product, copy or reverse engineer protected logic, bypass technical controls, automate unauthorized extraction or use the product unlawfully.
5. Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access refers to the commercial lifetime of the purchased AGProLabs product or explicitly included catalog scope while it remains supported and technically available. AGPro Complete Platform includes all 40 current invite-only workflows. Third-party platform changes may affect availability.
6. Updates and compatibility
AGProLabs may update, refine or replace product functionality and documentation. Compatibility depends in part on TradingView and other independent third-party systems, whose availability and changes are outside AGProLabs control.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, circumvention of access controls or a material breach of this agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.
8. Analytical purpose
The product is an analytical and educational chart-review tool. It is not a prediction engine, financial advice, automated trading service or guarantee of any market result.
9. Disclaimer and responsibility
Market conditions, data, timeframes and user interpretation can affect outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing information, managing risk and making your own decisions.
10. Governing documents
The Terms of Service govern general use and purchases. The Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure form part of the applicable service framework.
