Digital access products
AGProLabs products are digital access services that may be activated shortly after payment. Please review the product description, access term and TradingView requirements before purchasing.
Before activation
If access has not yet been activated, contact AGProLabs promptly with your order number. Eligible cancellation requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider rules.
After activation
Once digital access has been activated or supplied, refund eligibility may be limited where permitted by applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Incorrect or duplicate orders
Duplicate charges, incorrect product delivery or failure to supply purchased access will be investigated and corrected.
Market outcomes
Dissatisfaction with trading performance, market behavior or interpretation is not evidence that the digital product is defective. No trading outcome is guaranteed.
