Clear terms for personal TradingView access
These terms govern purchases and use of AGProLabs digital access products. By placing an order, you confirm that your submitted information is accurate and that you accept these terms.

What your purchase provides
Lifetime Access is personal, manually activated and limited to the product or catalog scope shown at checkout.
One confirmed TradingView account
Access is granted to the exact TradingView username submitted at checkout and may not be transferred or shared.
No ownership transfer
A purchase does not transfer source code, intellectual property, redistribution or sublicensing rights.
No guaranteed outcome
Products support chart analysis and do not provide financial advice, automated trading or guaranteed results.
1. Product access
AGProLabs products provide personal, non-transferable access to selected invite-only TradingView Pine Script tools. Access is enabled for the TradingView username submitted at checkout.
2. Acceptable use
You may use purchased access only through your own TradingView account. Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, copying, reverse engineering, circumventing access controls or unlawful use is prohibited.
3. Activation
Activation is performed manually after payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for supplying a valid TradingView username. Incorrect information or third-party service availability may delay activation.
4. Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access refers to the commercial lifetime of the purchased AGProLabs product or explicitly included catalog scope while it remains supported and technically available; it does not guarantee perpetual operation of third-party platforms. AGPro Complete Platform covers all 40 current invite-only workflows, including Trading Suite.
5. Payment and refunds
Available payment routes depend on the product and checkout. Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy, applicable law and payment-provider rules.
6. Third-party platforms
TradingView and payment providers are independent third parties with their own terms, systems and technical requirements. AGProLabs is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView.
7. No financial advice
Products are educational and analytical software tools. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice and do not guarantee results.
8. Changes and suspension
AGProLabs may update products, documentation and these terms. Access may be suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, circumvention of access controls or material breach of these terms.
9. Privacy
Order, access and support information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Never send passwords, full card details, wallet seed phrases or private keys.
10. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where a provision conflicts with applicable mandatory law, that law controls to the required extent.
